Plusnet webmail password

I have a care4free.net email address. I have forgotten my password for accessing the plusnet webmail related to this account but there is no way to request a password change! Can anyone help?

I am sorry @MBa53 that you are having an issue with resetting your account password and it is something my team can do for you by calling and passing security on your account.

I am out of the office tomorrow, but if you drop me a PM with the best time to call I can get that arranged for you.

Hi SammyM. Thanks for your helpful reply. I have manged to find the password so all OK but useful to know how to change the password in the future if I lose this one!
