Please can anyone assist,I recently purchased a new tablet and am having difficulties setting it up as the outgoing emails are stuck in the outbox,in what is stated as queued.I have spoken with Plusnet who set it up but could not resolve this matter and have referred me to the forum.The incoming emails do not appear to be a problem.
Does anyone have any suggestions.

A warm welcome to the forums. Which email brand are you having problems with? Plusnet run a number of current and legacy email services.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
