Recovery of emails from an emptied 'Deleted' folder

Hi,

Today (06/01/2023) I was a tad over zealous clearing out my mailboxes to reduce the amount of storage I was using, which may have been the reason I was not getting some emails through.

I'm hoping that the emails can be restored from the backend snapshots I've heard about on another post?

Hi Happy New Year Will,
I'm hoping to get my inbox restored to about 9am on 6th Jan. It contained a lot of historic emails, about 275 of them
