Retrieving archived emails

My emails appear to have disappeared, the earliest I can see is 25th April '24. I know I have had the archived email on that date. I have cleared out my Inbox but my emails haven't reappeared. I really need this to be resolved. Could someone please help.

Hi @DVernon I've sent this off to our back office team to get your emails unarchived. This can take up to 72 working hours to complete.
