Yes, I can receive (port 110) but not send using port 25 or 587.

Scratch the above request. I think we've found something.
I hope it's a really quick fix but can't say when it will be rolled out. I'm also really sorry it's been going on for so long.
As a temporary fix, try using relay.plus.net as your outbound if you're on a PN connection.

@plusnettony Yes, no problem now incoming but no combination of settings works outgoing (Metronet).

Same problem as everyone else.
Now have incoming with suggested fix but still no outgoing.
relay.plus.net is and has been my outgoing server and still no outgoing mail.
