Totalise/Madasafish email address retention

Hi

Is my old Totalise email address associated with my Plusnet ADSL account? Or is it a unique email only account?

Specifically... if I upgrade my ADSL service to FTTP will I lose my Totalise email address?

Put simply, nope. Madasafish email addresses including Totalise are 100% separate from Plusnet accounts.

I was in a rush when I posted that... it got a bit confused!

My concern was if I move away from Plusnet for FTTP (in order to retain my land line) would I lose the Totalise email... but you answered it anyhow!
