Totalserve.co.uk email address

Hello Community,
I am migrating a computer system for someone with a totalserve.co.uk email address. I know that Totalserve was Madasafish which was in turn acquired by PN in 2016.

Do I need any particular SMTP or POP/IMAP settings for this type of account or will the usual PlusNet ones work ok?

I'd start with mail.totalserve.co.uk for inbound and smtpmail.totalserve.co.uk for outbound, see where that gets you. Mailbox username is likely to be the full email address.
