Any ideas why I am getting two of the same emails from PlusNet every time they send 'one'?

Check your account setings. There is a default email address and a contact one.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Thanks Townman... I should have mentioned I'm not great at this type of thing, so although I understand what you are saying I have no idea how to sort it.
I've watched the help video too but my settings look the same as suggested... I have a Postmaster and I have a mail@ but that looks right?
Any other suggestions? Please make it simple 😳

Take a look at this https://www.plus.net/member-centre/account/details
Service and billing emails are sent to both postmaster@youraccount.plus.com and the contact email address on the above page.

So do I edit that to read the postmaster@ address or remove the mail@ and replace it with nothing?
