Unable to get the new free oulook email (used to be mail) to connct to plusnet.

yesterday

I'm unable to get the new free outlook mail to connect to plusnet.  When i try to add the email account it asks or the password then says login failed.  The password is my webmail password and it works in webmail.  Anybody able to help as I'm struggling to since microsoft ditched the free mail email handling.  Please keep any answers simple as i'm not compurt literate and this forum was suggested by talking to plusnet office.

I recommend that you start by doing a search for 'new outlook' in this forum board.

You will find it littered with reports of problems setting up new outlook.

Some of the suggestions in the searched posts MAY work...

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
