Windows Mail has stopped receiving mails

Hello,

I can received mails on webmail however these do not download to my Mail client on my PC since yesterday.

Can anyone suggest a solution?

Which Plusnet mail brand?

What email client?

How connected?

What (if any) error messages are being reported?

What changes have been made from when it worked?

When you look at the mailbox using webmail, is there a mail item with a large attachment?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
