emails not shown in Webmail this week

Hi,

I've been using Webmail for years, however this week it stopped displaying the messages in my inbox. I just get a graphic with a hemisphere on top of a cube instead. In the left hand pane it shows the number of messages in my inbox. This increases by 1 if I send a test email from another account. I can also send messages out.

any ideas?

its the mailbox starting with "m" in case tech support take a look.

thanks

The hemisphere on top of a cube is the RoundCube logo - RoundCube is the webmail system that Plusnet use (I use the same on my own server).

I'm not sure why it has stopped showing your messages.

Possibly one of the known gremlins in the round cube product.

You could check the round cube/ webmail performance mitigation topic at the top of the email board or alternatively try the Squirrel mail )basic mail) webmail client.

There is no necessity to use the webmail IMAP clients - you can use any email client if your choice - there are plenty out there. The only occasion where the webmail client might deliver an advantage is when needing to access email from off shore. In such circumstances the email access is treated as being from within the UK.
