reading some of your previous posts you appear to have a slow connection which will not help with your issue.

Do you have a relative or friend who has a faster connection speed and who might be able to help you?

Webmail can be used any any network not just plusnets.

I wonder if we are looking in the wrong direction here - is it possible that the user has a line fault and their broadband is disconnecting frequently / performing slowly?  There is not much precision in the information being provided about using webmail, if indeed they are using the webmail interface ... rather than an email application / client.

Webmail can be slow, but not this bad unless the mailbox is massive due to never undertaking housekeeping coupled with there being a non-standard sort sequence within webmail as documented elsewhere on this board.

Navigating the website can be slow if you have a large number of emails in your mailbox. However, as you delete some emails, the speed will gradually improve

If I remember correctly, you have previously reported that you have a very slow ADSL connection at your property. Is this still the case?
