webmail inbox

Hi can someone help please. My plusnet webmail (totalise account) has not downloaded inbox for the last 3 days and I have important medical emails missing. I have reduced the inbox size by 20% but still no movement. Thank you in advance.

Have you not got an e mail client you can use? [Thunderbird/ M/Soft Outlook etc] Never understood people who are totally reliant on an ISP's webmail. [PN of course are withdrawing their e mail service in the near future].

Hi I have a gmail email but sorry, don't see how this helps to retrieve PlusNet missing inbox mails.

Your Gmail account won't help you.

After you 'reduced your inbox by 20%', did you also clear the 'deleted' folder and compact your inbox?

thanks for the reply. yes did both of those.

I'm out of ideas then - I don't use webmail, so don't have the issue, and to be honest don't know what to suggest next.

@MisterW - any thoughts?

thanks jab1 very grateful for your replies. just compacted in box again and random mails during the missing period have started to slowly appear. very very grateful thanks.
