Thanks for getting in touch, I've just raised a task with our NetOps Team to get your emails unarchived, this should sort the problem out for you. To prevent this from happening again, keep an eye on your inbox size, and it might be worth setting up a client (PP3) to download emails to your device.
Your emails should be unarchived within 5 working days.

Hi. Thank you for sorting the problem. Sorry to ask but unfortunately the same thing has happened again before I had time to delete old messages and save the ones I need to keep. Is there any chance they could be restored again and I will reduce the mailbox size and see if I can set up a pop account on my laptop going forward. Many thanks.
