Accessing Madasafish Account

Hi.

Many years ago I used Madasafish for emails and a website, the latter of which needs updating or preferably setting up to forward onto my current website.

Although I know the username and password initially used to log on to the Madasafish website, these no longer work and seemingly cannot be reset.

May I ask how I can gain access to the website hosted now by Plusnet so I can set up a forwarding on it please?

Are you using the full email address to log in @andy_conway ?

I have attempted to use ALL the full email addresses I have to try and log into the account; all of which are not successful.
