I'm new to Plusnet.
My fibre has been installed and activated.
I need a static IP as I work from home.
Yesterday, within my account there was the option to enable a static IP address, although the button was greyed out.
Now the section has disappeared.
How can I get this activated on my account?
Thanks
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Have you paid the one-off £5.00 fee? Also, the auto-activation does not work - it has to be completed manually by PN staff.

No fee has been paid as the button to request the static IP was greyed out yesterday.
The section to request the static IP is no longer within my account area.
Happy to pay the £5 one-off fee.

@andy_wfuk Call PN and request and pay for the static. Once done, reply on here and a Help Team staffer will do the necessary.

@andy_wfuk Hi, I can see that static IP is in effect now and I'm sorry for the trouble.
