Alter plus.com 'A' DNS record

Early this morning, my broadband connection restarted and my Static IP address disappeared. I was assigned a dynamic one instead and I had been using my [username].plus.com DNS record for years.  I had managed to get another Static IP address assigned to my account but the afforementioned Plusnet DNS record to still resolving to my old IP address. 

I have tried to follow this document :

Unfortunately, I have done numerous 'nslookup's throughout the day but it hasn't changed.  Des anybody know how to alter Plusnet's DNS record's
