Another Freenetname Domain Renewal Cry For Help

HI,

I have a "Free-For-Life" domain name that I acquired when I joined Freenetname around 20 years ago. I have been a plusnet customer in the past coming from the freenetname/madasafish route (until we moved). I then paid for the justmail service until the service became free. Now, the domain has always been renewed in plenty of time but this time it has not and there is only a few days left before the lease expires. Any assistance would be hugely appreciated.

Ok so the renewal process has actually gone through today. Not sure if posting here had any influence but a happy camper all the same,
