Anyone waiting on their reward voucher

I claimed the reward voucher on the 9th august, and it says to wait up to 30 days to arrive

Not seen an email or anything in the post yet, does anyone know who to contact at Plusnet to enquire further?

Hi there, I'm sorry that the reward card hasn't reached you in the time-frame promised. I've just checked your account and can see that Josh on our customer advocates team is already looking into this for us.
