BT ID registration

Hiya
I added the BT app to my account yesterday but when I try to register via the email link I can’t get past trying to enter a password for my account.
The password registers as strong and both fields match but when I click done the page empties itself and I have to start again.
Is this a known problem?

Hi there,

This is not a problem I'm aware of. Are you still having issues or did you sort it? 

If so would you be able to try a different web browser and device?
