BT Sport - twitter and response times

Hi - can someone from support turn off the BT Sport package please?

Why come here to ask? No reply on twitter from over 48 hours ago (tweet and DM), no reply from a support ticket #227075929 posted yesterday morning, chat won't let me drill through to a person.

Can't jump on a call - I'm up to my neck with arrangements and the fall-out from my Dad's passing last week.

Hi there, I'm so sorry to hear about your loss, apologies for us taking a while to respond on social media, we're much busier on that front than usual and working hard to bring our response times down.
