BT Wholesale broadband speed test not working

In the last couple of days the BT Wholesale speed test is not working.
I do not have fibre but normally when I test I get a speed of about 4 which is fine for my needs.
When I click the correct box on the BT Wholesale page it says testing but the blue line never moves (does not move across as normal) even though it states it is testing. The blue line seems to be frozen.
I can get readings from other test sites but would like to get BT readings as well.?Any thoughts on what is happening and how to correct the fault.

Has anyone notice there is a big change in BT Wholesale Broadband Performance Test because the download and upload test is now shortern time to run. But the download is not spot on & upload is very low at 1Mbps with higher ping. When click further Broadband Diagnostic Test it went to next page as TAP1 LOL. Lots of customers will complaints to ISP about incorrect download speed & very low upload speed with too high ping now. It's now working via firefox but still need download, upload and ping to be fixed by BT end.

I think PN need to raise this with BT Wholesale of why making this lots worsen than before.

Judging from the test I've just run, it's definitely faulty..
Compared with this one...

My upload speed varies between 1Mbs and 8 Mbs on BT test compared with between 17Mbs and 18Mbs on thinkbroadband tests.
The BT speed tester is consistently unreliable.

Unfortunately the BT Wholesale Broadband Performance Test site can be inaccurate at times and may cause some confusion when trying to diagnose performance issues. If you do believe that you're experiencing issues with your broadband speeds, or you'd simply like to gauge the speeds that you're receiving, it would be best to run a test using www.speedtest.net/.

At the moment it doesn't work in either IE11 or Chrome for me (symptoms as described by @chusan.)

I am using Microsoft Edge in Windows 10 and it still is not working
It worked for me about midday today.
Though Edge used to give me a pop up warning to allow Flash to run, which I used to allow once. Today there's no prompt to allow Flash to run.
Just tried again now, and after a short blue bar not loading delay it completed the test.
The results could be due to an issue with my connection though-
Download Speed(Mbps): 20.34 Mbps
Upload Speed(Mbps) : 0.10 Mbps
Ping Latency(ms): 649 ms

Same problem here with Windows 10 and Chrome, Edge or Firefox. It completed the test only once and gave a Ping/Latency value of 6981, but pages load OK and actual download speeds aren't much lower than expected. The 'Further diagnostics' button in the Wholesale Speedtest page worked (took a while to appear) and gave the expected figures.
I'm sure it's a Flash issue, perhaps only affecting Windows 10.

Just tried it, on Win 8, latest Opera browser - while on WiFi
It 'works', but had to wait a damn long time for it to get going. Like others, it gave a very low upload speed for some reason.
P.S. Just noticed upload speed was given as 0 Mbps...

I am using W10 with IE11 and I have an issue as described by all the previous posters.
So, what is going on?

Same for me, the upload side of the BT Wholesale Speedtest does not seem right anymore. 1 instead of around 14Mbps!
Been the same for a few days.
