Yes - email problem resolved by Community member Gandalf who edited my account settings

 

No - cannot login.

 

Login wants me to select either mobile or broadband - I have neither of these.

Hi @BS6600 

Can you try broadband as that should work

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role

Thanks but no - I get 'Change already in progress...' and "We're unable to show your products....." and "Thare was an error we're unable to show your contrract'.

But.....it does know who I am.
