As for "being on the same network",  that's what Plusnet Help told me when I phoned them. Also they suggested some Zen systems and also proshipping.royalmail.com were too.

Both secure.nsandi.com and proshipping.royalmail.com are in the same network 157.203.0.0 /16 (mask 255.255.0.0).

So it is very likely neither are contactable form the same source network, which is true for me 80.229.0.0 /16

My ISP is AAISP and my phone line is with Pulse8 so not a PN customer in any way, and using FF on a laptop.  Not having logged on to my NS&I account since they introduced 2FA, I thought I'd give it a try last week having read this thread.  I can't remember whether I clicked on the link in my Premium Bond prize notification or by Googling NS&I, but I got to the log-in page without difficulty.  However, no call came, and when I dialled 1471 (they only have my landline number), no-one had called me.  I clicked 'Try Again' twice with no success.

Last night I tried again and it worked perfectly, except my account showed that my last login was that day last week when I never actually got access to my account.

This morning I tried again and got straight in without a call.

I also get 'The page isn't redirecting properly' when I try secure.nsandi.com .

So it would seem that there is, or has been, a problem that's not been entirely restricted to PN customers.

For me I can now use https://www.nsandi.com/Login the direct link (secure.nsandi.com) does not work

I would suggest book marking https://www.nsandi.com/Login and use that.

Something has just changed - I can now get the Login page from the Login link on the main ns&i page.

Can confirm the same as Dan the Van and also I can get to the same login screen direct from the menu on NS&I's home page now which I couldn't a few hours ago so something has been changed, that's for sure.

Confirm those links now work again for me too.

It'll be interesting to see who holds their hand up and takes the blame for this fault.

That link works for me.  But https://secure.nsandi.com/thc/policyenforcer/pages/loginB2C.jsf is also working.  Has the problem been resolved?

That now works for me too.  As you say something seems to have changed.  No email from Plusnet to say the problem is resolved however.

Something HAS changed! I too can now reach the NS&I log on page immediately, via the homepage. Just need to try and log on now...

I wonder if we will ever learn what was wrong?
