Cannot unload files to my Freenetname Webspace

Three months ago I tried to upload new files to my webspace put it did not change the website.  Over the years I have used the webspace continually and I fear I may have used up my allocation of 100mb.  I contacted Support who passed my enquiry to the NetOps team but i have not heard anything since.

If this is the case, what can I do to restore access to my website?

Any advice / assistance would be gratefully received.
