Cannot whitelist websites on SafeGuard

There are a couple of websites that I wish to add to SafeGaurd as they are presently being blocked. I know that they are safe because they are my websites.

I've tried adding them, switching SafeGuard off and on, and restarting my router several times. I still cannot access them via Plusnet. 

One of them disappears after I've added it to the safelist and one of them stays there but I still cannot access them several hours after adding them.

How can I overcome this? Could I get them properly categorised?

What a hassle!! When you switch off Safeguard completely, were you able to access any websites that were blocked before?
