Change rDNS settings

I noticed my hostname includes my username and seems to be because I'm using a static IP. as I found the below info on the static IP page but the help assistant link doesn't go anywhere. How can I request my hostname is anonymised?

As standard, the rDNS for your IP address(es) is username.plus.com (where 'username' is your Account Username). If you need to change your rDNS settings, please request this through the Help Assistant.

@jack_  here!, and you've just done it. The help assistant link no longer works (as youve discovered) , a staff member will spot this post and arrange a request to NetOPS to change the rDNS.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Re: Change rDNS settings

Hi @jack_

I've raised the request to have the rDNS updated for you.

All being well it should be done in the next 72 hours

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
