Change static IP rDNS hostname

Please may I request that the rDNS hostname for my static ip be changed to [staticIP].plus.com

I rang customer services to request this after having the static IP setup but they weren't sure what I wanted, the supervisor was convinced that I could do this somewhere within the router but I think there was some confusion between rDNS and the DNS lookup server settings.
