Why is it every time I call to discuss social tarrif, I get told someone will ring me back....but they never do?? Delaying tactics? I have called correct number posted on this forum by Plusnet so why can no one help me?

I don’t know why you did not get an answer.

Plusnet do not have a Social Tariff but if you speak to the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 they will arrange for you to move to the BT Social Tariff without you incurring early termination charges.
