It’s a bit more than that I think.

There seems to be trouble even with OpenDNS on a Plusnet connection.

I am the satisfied customer....

No problem here with OpenDNS

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

The Plusnet ones seem to be back now.
