Daily disconnections are back!

I wish you'd give us the ticketting system back, so I could raise this issue officially.

I'm hoping one of tje (volunteer??) monitors of the forum can pass this to PlusNet support for their action.

The ISSUE:

Some time ago I raised the issue of daily disconnections, and assiciated reconnections resulting in steadily decreasing speeds down half of the original. That action resulted in some compensation and an eventual correction.

Well, now it's back, and to put it bluntly, I'd like it resolved and this time, banished forever! Here is a section of my logs, starting with a 14 day period without disconnections, and going on to a period of about one a day::

@kaspencer You will - eventually - get a response from the 'social team' that will take this off the forum, but whether they will investigate properly without making you jump through a thousand hoops is anyone's guess.

By the way: I forgot to add (apologies for that) that the last disconnection was NOT a PlusNet fault - it was a power disconnection. My PCs are on backup power-protection but the router isn't (hence the missing data)..

You have my sympathy, I'm just glad I escaped the clutches of BT three years ago, and never looked back.

I have my own idea of what 'BT' stands for - and it's not 'British Telecommunications'
