Delay to disconnection required

Connection to new broadband/phone supplier delayed, urgently request Plusnet disconnection also delayed (due 24 Feb) otherwise will have no phone or broadband until 17 March! Have tried phoning Plusnet/twitter but unable to get through to anyone to help

@sheenalaing Welcome to the forums. Have you told PN you are changing providers? If not, then the service should continue until your new provider takes over.

Yes PN were advised by new provider, initial switch over date was 24 Feb, received email & letter from PN confirming this date - trying to get through some way to ask PN to delay this ….

Ah - then new provider should advise PN of the hold-up - that is the principle behind Gaining Provider Led (GPL) rules.

Many thanks for your reply.
Spoke to PN customer service who confirmed they won’t disconnect until sky switch - they have 17 March date for that.
