Difficulties Reaching Customer Support via Phone or Chat

Hi There

I need to cancel my account because I am moving. I am unable to reach customer support via chat. Chat has been down for days. No I do not think I have pop-up blocking issues. Tried multiple devices. Also, I cannot reach support via phone via both PlusNet numbers. The wait time is usually about a half hour to an hour before the line just drops me for some reason. At any rate, that long of a wait is not great for a support team. Please advise if there is another route to take with this.

They're in good company; yesterday I missed a call from Openreach Network operations re removing a redundant overhead phone line. Phoning back staggered to hear message "we've temporarily closed our phone lines". Incredible! No option to leave a message naturally.

The another option to contact plusnet is via Twitter @Plusnet 

The published phone number for cancellations is 0800 432 0200 but I expect that's the number you've already tried.
