Do I request a Static IP here?

Hey guys, sorry if this in the wrong section. I've been googling how to get a Static IP for my Plusnet broadband account and some answers suggest I just post a request via this forum? There's also a mention that it used to be in the AddOn section of my account but that doesn't appear to work anymore.

I successfully used the Add in menu yesterday.

You need to log in to your account to order and pay the one off £5 fee there. Once you have done that, come back here and ask for it to be activated.

Thanks both! I'm logged in to my account and I can't currently find any page that mentions Static IPs in my account settings or gives me an option to pay the £5 fee. Are there any instructions on how to do this?

Log in to your account home page. In ‘Your products’ section select ‘Change AddOns’

Happy to help. This will probably need to wait now until one of the Help Team picks it up and manually activates the service. Once this is done you will need to reboot the hub to get it to pick up the static IP address.
This comes from a different pool of addresses, it’s not as simple as the one that you are using being locked to your account.
