Domain Name Renewal - Freenetname / Madasafish

Hi,
I've had the now regular Plusnet Support email regarding my Freenetname domain renewal. I'd appreciate some assistance in making sure the domain doesn't lapse so I can continue to use my email / website.
Anyone out there who can assist me, please?

Hi @colbrad I can confirm your domain is on an auto renewal so there is no need to do request this.

Is there a reference number on the email please?

It should be something like: 

Email Ref: E10XX

Hi, i recently discovered that my domain had expired, yet it is on auto renewal and the techs tell me it is connected.

However I am not receiving emailas to my domain name email and I also cannot connect to my website address.

Any thoughts or actions please
