Domain Name renewal - Freenetname

Hi,

My domain is due for renewal, its one of those annual tasks where I have to remind Plusnet - previously a superuser has helped but I've been advised to place a topic here this year.

Cheers

Jon

Re: Domain Name renewal - Freenetname

I came on this forum for the same thing (Domain Renewal). Don't want to be disconnected again like a few years back.

Re: Domain Name renewal - Freenetname

Hi,
I have the same problem.
I was hoping that my freenetname domain name dicha-house.co.uk would be automatically renewed, but it is still showing as Expiring Soon, on 11/11/23.
Could this be actioned for me please?
Many thanks,
Diane90

Re: Domain Name renewal - Freenetname

@RRM - Hi , I replied to your PM but in short we don't need to do anything as domain names are automatically renewed a few weeks before expiring.

Re: Domain Name renewal - Freenetname

I have also had an Email  about domain name renewal.

I usually ring, never know which option to press, then when i finally get through i get tranfered from department to department as nobody seems to know who does it.

Never used to be this hard, in days of old you could do it via the portal.

If someone can sort this that would be great.

Thanks

Nick
