Hi @NickF 

We'll automatically renew your domain for you closer to the time it expires unless you've told us not to

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role

Why not get the Email you send out reworded as it says "If you would like to renew the registration of your domain/s, give us a
call and let us know you'd like to renew." 

the complete opposite to what you have said.
