Domain Transfer please

I need to transfer out dclick.co.uk to Mythic Beasts and have been battling with the phone system to speak to someone.  @willcutforth any chance you can raise a ticket for me?

To complete this transfer, you must instruct your current registrar to re-tag the domain to MYTHIC-BEASTS. The transfer should complete within a few minutes of your registrar making this change.
