Domain name renewal

I got a mail from Plusnet advising that my domain name is up for renewal and to contact them to confirm the renewal. Easier said than done. I sat on the phone for ages with no assistance and the chat function doesn't appear to be very efficient. I just need to confirm that my domain will be renewed as expected. Disaster if it isn't! Can anyone help with this, please?
