Domain name renewal

I received an email from Plusnet to say my domain name needs to be renewed soon.  I thought that, last time, it was set to be automatically renewed.  We rely on retaining the domain name so need to be assured our domain will continue in the future.

I’ve tried the support pages but nothing appears to give directions.  Have spent ages trying to phone but, even then, wasn’t sure which section to talk to and had to ring off as I was going out.

I would be grateful if someone would contact me to help me make the renewal.
