Domain transfer - from old Totalise / Madasafish account

Hi,

How do I contact someone who knows about transferring a domain name from an old totalise account? I know that all that is required is to change the ISPTAG, however it seems impossible to find anyone to contact for this? 

Is there anyone who administers domain names on here? I am not a plusnet customer as the account / company was bought by plusnet, so I'm stuck in a loop of customer service "computer says no"!!

@lipster you're in the right place. One of the Plusnet help team who frequent this forum should be able to help with a domain transfer. It might take a day or two for a response as they tend to be a bit thin on the ground at the w/e.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
