Domain transfer "unlock" requested

Hi,

For technical reasons (related to delivering email to gmail.com addresses), I need to transfer my domain registration away from Plusnet.

The domain is "martinwilkinson.me.uk" and has arrived at your door via Freenetname => Madasafish => Plusnet

The Master email address is "chuzzlewit17@freenetname.co.uk"

I am starting the process to transfer, and the first step asks me to : "Please ensure you have unlocked your domain at your current registrar before continuing."

Do you (Plusnet) need to do something to "unlock" the domain before I proceed?

Hey @pnforumMW,  we can certainly get you domain released/unlocked so you can transfer it to a new provider. I need to know the IPSTAG for your new provider to get this completed for you. Can you drop me a private message with this on and I can get this organised for you?
