Engineer visit

I had a engineer booked over the phone today I've received no email confirmation of this, is the engineer still attending? I'd have assumed they send you a confirmation as they usually do when you ring for help.

I'm really sorry that you're having some issues requiring an engineer visit and that you haven't received an email of this.
