Full Fibre Upgrade

Im looking at upgrading to full fibre once my current contract runs out in April. I would just like to know if whilst the installation of the full fibre would mean i'm without any internet access at this time.

Fix

@HannahMc The only downtime you will experience is the 1.1/2 -  2 hours it takes the engineer to perform the installation, unless they, unusually, encounter any problems.

Re: Full Fibre Upgrade

@HannahMc

You don't have to wait until your contract runs out.

So long as you're happy to agree a new contract you can upgrade at any time.

I assume you know you'll lose your phone service.

Re: Full Fibre Upgrade

... unless you port your landline phone number to a VoIP phone provider within 30 days of the FTTP upgrade.
