Help required: Website archived due to excessive bandwidth use

I'm posting here in the hope that PlusNet's support team will see it.

I received an email a week ago saying my (very old) web site had been archived because of excessive bandwidth usage. I am at a loss to explain this as it has been operating for many years without a problem.

I would like to get the site back online but I can't find any help on the PlusNet site about how to do this. Since the notification email came from the Abuse Team I emailed them straight away but I've had no response, hence this.

Could someone at PlusNet Support please get in touch with instructions about how I can get my web site back up?
