You don't - they have not been available since very late November last year.

You'll have to find an alternative method of remotely accessing your home network,
possibilities include -
- Using a DDNS service - so you can access your network using domain name on a dynamic IP connection.
- Use an L2TP service with a remote static IP address that tunnels to your home network (can also provide IPv6).
- Use a VPN service with a subscription that includes a static IP address.
The above links are just examples for each suggestion, and not necessarily a recommendation.
The best method will depend on why you need remote access, and how you intend connect remotely.
If you are for example needing a static IP in order to connect to a VoIP service, then DDNS might not be appropriate.
If you are trying to remote access a NAS or security cameras with the thought of opening router's WAN ports then you'd be exposing your network to hackers who will quickly discover how to access your server, in this instance using a VPN would be ideal - as you'd have a secure tunnel from the remote device (e.g. a mobile phone) that you're using to access your network.
FWIW - I just checked my firewall to see the rate of port probes on my network by hackers, and I'm averaging FIVE break-in attempts per second - so they would quickly discover an open port on your network.

I'm using a GL router with WireGuard and openVPN built in.
I found out it also has a DDNS built in which all works really well.
So it turns out I don't need a static IP address after all. Thanks to everyone who responded.

Which one have you got ?
I have a brand new and unopened GL-MT3000 Beryl AX
I bought it for my daughter, so that she'd have secure WiFI and a VPN to the UK while studying abroad for a year.
She decided she didn't need it and left it behind, with the intention of using her mobile phone as a WiFi hotspot for her laptop.
So I'm holding on to this amazing little device, for the next time I go travelling, or as emergency backup if my home router fails.
