How to contact Plusnet other than by phone

I don't have a usable landline (BT Openreach can't/won't resolve the issue) and we have a patchy mobile signal at best. I just want to ask Plusnet to look at my bill for the last month as I've been charged an extra £10, but it looks like I'll have to wait until tomorrow when I'm travelling in order to call them. Is there really no other option?

@Waterstone You could wait for 3 to 5 days and then a member of staff may answer this post but if you want to get an answer sooner then it is by phone call only.

@SpendLessTime thanks very much for your response. Seems a bit strange for a company so vocal about customer service to only provide one method of contact. I'll stop at the services and see what I can do.
