How to find my plusnet username

What I have to do to find my plusnet username and password if I can’t find it in my email

@Binhvu86 Welcome to the forum.

Log in to your hub by putting 192.168.1.254 in to the address field of your internet browser. Look around the settings until you find the username, it will be in the form <username>@plusdsl.net. The username part is the same as your account.

If you can’t find it then tell us which Plusnet hub you are using.

Once you have the username start to log in to your account and select I have lost my password.
