Just thought I'd let you know I was PM'd by a staff member yesterday, a ticket has been created and my IPS Tag change should be in progress. I was advised it should be completed within 72hrs.
I'm moving my domain to namecheap and setting up catchall mail forwarding to gmail as I don't need to send from my domain emails at this point, long term I may look at Zoho for email hosting or even look at hosting my own server depending on my needs and the implications.
IPS Tag changed in approximately 48hrs after getting William Cutforth on the case. Just monitored https://www.nominet.uk/ until I noted IPS Tag change then jumped on and sorted catch all forwarding and all working a treat. Now to decide if I stay and switch to residential fibre from my current adsl2+ or look elsewhere.
