John Lewis online banking

John Lewis say that their recently introduced one time passcode system for logging in online doesn't work with some internet providers and Plusnet is one. They say they are working on it - I get an an error message when I request the passcode to be sent to my mobile. Has anybody come across this? Is it something in the Plusnet firewall settings?

Re: John Lewis online banking

Hi @Geronimo23

I've checked your account and I can't see anything that'd affect you from receiving one time passcodes from John Lewis. In addition the broadband firewall for you is turned off.

I'd recommend asking John Lewis for more information on what the issue could be.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Seems John Lewis may have a problem - see https://community.plus.net/t5/Mobile/SMS-from-John-Lewis-finance/m-p/1827526#M20017
